■Z clip anchor
This method places an anchor on the board and uses a Z-shaped clip to secure the heat sink. Alpha has clips and anchors of multiple standards, and can apply the appropriate load and pressure depending on the customer's situation, such as board thickness and chip height.
■Anchor specifications
- Two types are available: soldering-free type and soldering type.
・When selecting an anchor, refer to the load of the clip and make sure that the appropriate load is applied.
■Features
・Insert from the front side of the board
- Strong in fixation and tensile force by soldering
・Requires holes for mounting on the board
