About This Product

■Z clip anchor

This method places an anchor on the board and uses a Z-shaped clip to secure the heat sink. Alpha has clips and anchors of multiple standards, and can apply the appropriate load and pressure depending on the customer's situation, such as board thickness and chip height.

■Anchor specifications

- Two types are available: soldering-free type and soldering type. ・When selecting an anchor, refer to the load of the clip and make sure that the appropriate load is applied.

■Features

・Insert from the back side of the board and it will click into place. ・No soldering required・Easy installation ・Strong in tensile force ・Requires a long hole for mounting on the board ・Inexpensive
