About This Product

■Z clip anchor

This method places an anchor on the board and uses a Z-shaped clip to secure the heat sink. Alpha has clips and anchors of multiple standards, and can apply the appropriate load and pressure depending on the customer's situation, such as board thickness and chip height.

■EZ clip

Easy to attach with clip. Since the sliding amount of the heat sink can be minimized or eliminated during installation, damage to the heat source and thermal interface can be reduced.
