■What is MagniCoat, a highly corrosion-resistant, ultra-thin film?

・Completely chrome-free (Compliant with ELV regulations and RoHS Directive) Adopted chrome-free technology since 1979 ・Eco-friendly closed system (no drainage) ・High corrosion resistance (rust prevention ability that lasts more than 1,000 hours in salt spray test) ・Excellent heat and corrosion resistance (heat soak test above 120℃) ・Energy saving・Low CO2 emissions (low temperature baking; 200-260℃) ・Low surface tension reduces liquid accumulation in the narrowest part ・Durable surface hardness (8H or more on pencil hardness) ・No worries about delayed fracture due to hydrogen embrittlement ・Effective against dissimilar metal contact corrosion with aluminum ・Stable friction coefficient with small variations (fastener system) ・Film adhesion with excellent repeated durability
