About This Product

Diagonal bite or thread collapse of mating material threads during assembly is a problem for many customers, especially those working on automobile assembly lines. Furthermore, failures such as fastening in difficult positions such as under the vehicle body, fumbling fastening in tight spaces that are hard to reach, etc., do not just reduce efficiency. At Owari Seiki, we offer three types of seals for preventing diagonal jamming (diagonal assembly) to meet the needs of our customers.

Just change the tip shape. ・Prevents biting into the mating female thread and crushing the thread due to diagonal fastening. - Easily performs fastening work in difficult positions in areas with poor workability. ・Improve work efficiency with automatic axis position correction function. ・Repair misaligned pilot holes of stacked fastening objects at the same time as screwing.
