About This Product

EPJ continues to offer ecological, high value-added products without wasting the earth's limited resources. We have started selling a new lightweight floor plate made of recycled plastic called "Shitaro™".

The main raw material for this product is recycled low-density/high-density polyethylene made from purified waste electric wire coating material, and this raw material originally contains a lot of carbon and antioxidants, making it a high-grade material that is resistant to UV deterioration. Suggested as a replacement for iron plates on soft ground at construction sites, and also for preventing dirt around the site, curing temporary parking lots, and preventing dust and sound.

■Features・Safety. The single-sided convex type has an approximately 35% increase in grip strength compared to a flat iron plate in our own tests.
・Dust countermeasures. In a dust suppression survey, the dust was reduced by 1/3 when Shitaro was installed compared to when it was not installed.
・Noise and vibration countermeasures. Achieved approximately 10dB reduction in both noise and vibration compared to iron plate.
