About This Product

■Product overview

MIVI9601 is a vibratory viscometer for process use with high reproducibility, robustness, and cleanability. We install sensors directly in pipelines, reaction tanks, polymerization tanks, etc. and measure viscosity, temperature, temperature-equivalent viscosity, etc. 24 hours a day.

■Features

・The control unit is a small module, saving space for installation. - Vibratory viscometer with excellent cleaning properties. - Can be used continuously while stirring in the polymerization reaction tank. ・There are no worn parts at all. It has excellent robustness and can be used safely in environments with vibrations and severe temperature changes. - The viscosity measurement range can be freely specified from 0 to 100mPa.s to 0 to 1x106mPa.s. (1mPa.s=1cP) - The sensor part is completely welded and sealed, and can be used with high temperature, high pressure, and high viscosity slurry liquids. ・Small and lightweight (3kg). Installation space is extremely small and fluid head loss is minimal. ・Chemical resistance or cleanability can be improved by optionally applying Teflon coating or electrolytic polishing to the wetted parts. ・We can also supply explosion-proof sensors that can be used in hazardous areas under severe conditions of 300℃ and 15MP (150bar).
