About This Product

Two-stage shutoff valves are used to adjust the feed operation and speed of machine tools, etc. in two stages. By moving the cam plunger, the circuit changes from rapid feed → cutting feed → fine feed → quick return, and the cutting feed and fine feed are adjusted using the built-in flow control valve. Since it has pressure and temperature compensation, it maintains a constant controlled flow rate regardless of pressure fluctuations on the inlet and outlet sides and oil viscosity changes due to temperature changes.
