About This Product

This packaging machine prevents pallet loads from collapsing and reduces packaging material costs. Can be installed on existing lines. Features

■Preventing palletized products from collapsing

This machine horizontally ties the top edges of palletized products to prevent the cargo from collapsing. If the product height is constant, we will use the fixed method, and if there are two or more different heights, we will use the lift method.

■Fully automatic, extremely safe and reliable operation

Products flowing from the palletizer can be bundled on the conveyor. The stopping accuracy of the product must be within 30mm width based on one end.

■ Binding completed in just 12 seconds

Product stoppage on the conveyor is short. 12 seconds for fixed type. In the case of a lift type, the vertical movement time will be added depending on the height of the product.

■Automatic bundling is possible even if the product height changes

Even if the dimensions of palletized products change, the leading edges of the products are automatically detected and tied together.

■All palletized products are OK, from P boxes to oil cans.

This is done in the following order: Stop the product → Move the binding machine forward → Start binding → Finish binding → Retract the binding machine → Start transporting the product → In the case of a lift type, vertical movement is included before and after the binding machine moves forward and backward.
