About This Product

This is a sheet-shaped heater that uses heat generated by electrical resistance. When an electrode is attached to a hanging fabric made of vertically woven Qnac® fibers (weft) and polyester threads (warp) and electricity is applied, the entire fabric generates heat. The texture of the fibers and the thick, soft, and lightweight polyester conductive cloth hanger can be used as a convenient cloth heater.

■Conductive fiber

Conductive fiber with electrical resistance of 35kΩ/m~, compatible with any power source, allowing design of target heat generation performance

■Surface fever

By connecting both ends with electrodes, it is possible to generate heat as a surface, and the entire fabric generates heat evenly.

■Surface processing

It can be coated with resin, which is unique to fibers, can be made waterproof, and can be decorated, so it can be used for a variety of purposes including apparel.

■Durability

Significantly reduces wire breakage due to bending fatigue compared to metal etc.

■Energy saving

Achieves the same surface temperature using approximately 60% less power than a nichrome wire heater
