About This Product

A roller that can efficiently remove dust from flat surfaces such as displays and boards before mounting electronic components.

■Features- Suitable for removing foreign matter from flat surfaces. PR215-ASE can also be used for “edges” with rising edges.
- The roller is made of conductive urethane rubber, the arm is made of stainless steel, and a grounding circuit is installed inside the insulator grip, and the frictional charge generated by the roller is completely eliminated by the ground wire attached to the bottom. (Effective when working with conductive gloves or bare hands is not possible.) [Patent No. 3725119]
- The grip uses insulating plastic to electrically insulate the worker from the rollers, so even if the worker is charged, it will not affect the workpiece.
・Since no adhesive is used, there is no glue transfer or glue residue.
- Low elution (residual ion concentration, detection limit tolerance: cation: 0.05ppm, anion: 0.01ppm or less), so you can use it with confidence.
・No silicone is used in the manufacturing process or materials. (silicon free)
- Collected foreign matter can be transferred to a special transfer sheet and used repeatedly.
- For rollers that have deteriorated over time, only the adhesive rubber part can be replaced.
