About This Product

Ideal for removing dust from delicate workpieces that should not be touched by tools. When removing fine dust while looking through a microscope, we minimize contact with the workpiece.

■Features- The tip has a spherical core material coated with adhesive urethane, which minimizes the contact area even if it touches the workpiece, and prevents the core material from scratching the workpiece.
- The core material is made of stainless steel (Petamicron 100, Petamicron 200) and nylon (Petamicron 400), and because it is stiff, the tip part is difficult to warp, and only the tip can easily come into contact with the target foreign object.
- The core material is thinner to make it less likely to obstruct the field of view during microscope work.
・You can choose from three types with tip diameters of approximately 100μm, 200μm, and 400μm depending on the work.
・Work is done by attaching it to a removable shaft, and if it gets dirty or worn out, it can be replaced.
- All parts of the Petamicron and shaft rods are conductive and prevent static electricity.
- Since no adhesive is used in the rubber material, there is no glue transfer, so you can use it with confidence. (Residual ion concentration, detection limit tolerance: Cation: 0.05ppm Anion: 0.01ppm or less)
・No silicone is used in the manufacturing process or materials. (silicon free)
- Collected foreign matter can be transferred to a transfer sheet and used repeatedly.
