About This Product

■Features

- Shutoff valve prevents liquid movement. ・The built-in return valve prevents the outlet side of the liquid movement prevention valve from being filled with liquid. - Installation is easy as the connection method is a "flange clamp" type. - Thin design with a face-to-face dimension of 35mm. It can be easily added to already installed equipment.

■Risk of liquid transfer

In supply equipment that connects the liquid phase lines of multiple bulk storage tanks, liquid movement occurs when a pressure difference occurs between the storage tanks. If liquid movement occurs, the storage tank on one side may become overfilled and liquid may flow out from the gas phase line.

■Conditions for liquid movement to occur

When the vaporizer stops, supply starts from the gas phase. LP gas is supplied from a storage tank (bulk storage tank 1) with a high pressure setting on the regulator. As gas supply progresses from bulk storage tank 1, the pressure in storage tank 1 decreases, creating a pressure difference between it and storage tank 2, and liquid moves from storage tank 2 to storage tank 1. Different solar conditions in the bulk storage tanks will create a pressure difference between the storage tanks, causing liquid movement from storage tank 2 to storage tank 1.
