I･T･O's original system that can centrally manage the entire process of a property online, from on-site inspection to inspection, scrapping, disposal, and report submission, is called "I･BOS". T･O bulk one-through system. I･T･O has patterned its equipment proposals into 56 types of cylinder supply systems and 36 types of bulk supply systems. That's why we can provide quick estimates and inexpensive, safe and secure construction.
■Is the bulk and deadline okay?
The number of manufacturers producing bulk storage tanks has been halved since the peak of production. New bulk demand in recent years has remained at around 10,000 units per year. Regarding the 20-year inspection, which has already begun, we ask that you please prepare ahead of time to avoid the possibility that the bulk storage tank production will not be able to keep up with the peak replacement period that will occur in a few years, leading to the expiration date.

・Creating a work plan: Determining the final specifications and scheduling for replacement work based on the results of the on-site survey
・Removal of deadline bulk Removal of deadline bulk and management of transportation to intermediate storage and inspection stations
・Replacement with new equipment We utilize our nationwide network of affiliated construction companies to smoothly carry out construction work at low cost, with peace of mind, and safely.
・Residual gas processing/internal replacement inspection, scrapping/disposal Residual gas collection, inspection, storage tank disposal/waste processing
・Construction report: Submit the construction completion report and disposal certificate, and return the “specific equipment inspection certificate” to KHK upon request.
