About This Product

■“A device of life” that can produce gas equivalent to city gas from LP gas and air

If you are equipped with PA-13A and LP gas, you can continue to use your existing city gas appliances even if the city gas supply is cut off during a disaster. In fact, it has been used in many past earthquakes, and during the Great East Japan Earthquake, where it took 54 days to restore gas, approximately 200 PA-13As were used in hospitals, nursing homes, hotels, etc. We have heard from hospital staff that it is a "life saving device."

■Be prepared with I･T･O's mobile PA series.

- No other power sources such as electricity are required. - Gas appliances with city gas (13A, 12A) specifications can be used as is. ・No need for complicated heat adjustment, and a stable supply of heat can be obtained. ・The raw material gas is LP gas, which is easily available, so it can be used easily. -Small and lightweight, making it convenient to transport and move. ・Safety design that automatically stops the supply of raw material gas in the event of an abnormality. - Equipped with a built-in counter for managing the remaining amount of raw material gas, making it easy to manage the remaining amount.

■What is “mobile gas generation equipment”?

Article 1, Paragraph 2, Item 6 of the Construction Regulations of the Gas Business Act states that ``When changing the calorific value, constructing pipelines, etc., or in the event of a disaster or other emergency, a gas utility shall is defined as ``a movable gas generation facility for temporarily supplying gas.''

■Gas generation method: Ejector method

By injecting raw material gas (propane gas) that has been reduced to a constant pressure, the flow velocity at the nozzle outlet approaches the speed of sound, and the surrounding air is sucked in to mix propane gas and air at a constant mixing ratio. Generates "propane air 13A/12A gas".

■Safety device

It is equipped with a safety device that automatically shuts off the raw gas supply by operating a shutoff valve when the following abnormalities occur.

・UPSO shutoff…Reduction in raw gas pressure ・OPSO shutoff... Abnormal increase in injection pressure due to foreign matter getting stuck in the internal pressure regulating valve. ・Negative pressure cutoff…Foreign matter adhering to the air intake port in the air valve of the venturi mixer ・Pressure rise cutoff…Abnormal pressure rise in cushion tank

■Optional items

・No falling over, easy to assemble and easy to carry. Attaching it to an LP gas container improves the installation stability of the container. ・LP gas container cover Can be attached to the main body of PA-13A8 to hide the LP gas container.
