About This Product

This is a vaporizer that heats water with a 200V electric heater and uses the heat to forcibly vaporize LP gas (liquid). It has a large vaporizing capacity in a small installation space.

■Functionality

-Eliminated the effects of instantaneous voltage drop. ・The liquid pressure reduction method instantly evaporates, leaving no LPG liquid in the evaporator and supplying gas that is difficult to re-liquefy by instantaneously vaporizing the gas. - The heater is vertical and the main parts are installed at the top, making it more compact. Workability is also excellent, as the heater can be replaced without draining the hot water.

■Safety

・When hot water temperature drops due to excessive gas consumption or electrical system trouble, the thermo valve is shut off to prevent LPG liquid from flowing to the supply side. - When power is restored after a power outage, the heater automatically starts operating and maintains the hot water temperature at the set temperature. ・Equipped with a built-in disconnection relay and a function to display abnormalities such as heater disconnection, phase loss, water level drop, and temperature rise with an alarm buzzer and individual lamps.

■Extensibility

・By connecting the external bulk alarm output (no-voltage contact), it is possible to connect an external remote alarm device (NCU, etc.). - Outdoor specification of the control panel is also available as an option (sold separately)
