About This Product

This is a vaporizer that uses only atmospheric heat as its heat source. Since it does not use any artificial heat sources such as electricity or gas, it is economical, stable in supply, environmentally friendly, durable, and easy to maintain.

■SR Super Riser

Air-heated evaporator: Super Riser (SR) is an energy-saving vaporizer that maximizes the use of atmospheric thermal energy to vaporize LP gas and provides a continuous and stable gas supply. Since atmospheric thermal energy is used as the heat source for vaporization, there are no running costs. In addition, maintenance costs are significantly reduced, making it ideal for large-scale housing complexes, industrial and commercial uses.

■Features of the SR-W series

・The control system and fin block (evaporation section) are composed of two systems. ・In the two-line fin block (evaporation section), when the liquid level in the use block reaches about half of the fins, LP gas (liquid phase) flows into the standby block via the connecting pipe. In addition, the block that supplies LP gas (liquid phase) can be switched periodically to thaw the ice attached to the bottom of the fins, ensuring stable generation capacity at all times. ・Maintenance can be performed without stopping the gas supply. ・When used with two lines, automatic switching system can be supplied.

■SR-W series structure description

The LP gas (liquid phase) led from the liquid phase part of the LP gas storage tank (cylinder) is depressurized by the vaporization pressure regulating valve, becomes a low-temperature gas-liquid mixed fluid, and is led to the fin block (liquid evaporation part). Here, it absorbs the latent heat of vaporization from the atmosphere and becomes low-temperature LP gas (gas phase), which is led to the gas heating section. In the gas heating section, the gas is heated to near atmospheric temperature and then supplied to the consumer.
