・The body is light and easy to hold.
■Note
・This product is a device that measures liquid concentration using refractive index based on the principle of total internal reflection. Therefore, it cannot be used with liquids that do not transmit light (such as milk).
・Brix (%) scale is the sucrose (g) contained in 100g of sucrose solution expressed as a percentage and means the sucrose concentration. A conversion table is required especially when you want to quantitatively know the concentration of a solution containing other substances.
