■About stainless steel legsThe stainless steel legs used for the Momobako are made of SUS430. The material SUS430 is a ferritic stainless steel that contains over 16% chromium and has excellent corrosion resistance.

However, stainless steel is more prone to rust than SUS304, which is used for metal fittings. Although it depends on the environment and the effects of heat from welding during processing, it does not deteriorate immediately, so if you remove the rust with compound or sandpaper and apply a commercially available acrylic lacquer, you can use it for a long time. Masu.

Please perform continuous maintenance and use it for a long time.

■Points to note during installationWhen fixing the legs, we often hit the foundation, but it is very important that the foundation is level. The standard error is ±1mm/1m. To check the level, you need a more precise auto level instead of a spirit level.

*If the installation is not level, the door may be difficult to open after installation, or the pillars will be subject to stress and cracks may occur.
*If you are installing a new Hyakuba box on top of the existing legs, be sure to use the auto level to make sure the legs are level before installing the new Hyakuba box.

■About maintenanceMaintenance is very important in order to protect Momoyobako, which is a wooden product, from PM2.5 and acid rain, and to ensure its long-term use. We recommend wiping with water once a week to remove dirt, and repeating the top coat with commercially available paint 3 to 4 times a year. When purchasing a new Momobako box, please consider purchasing a repair paint kit as well.
