The heater temperature can be controlled more safely with enhanced protection and alarm functions for internal devices, such as excessive temperature rise signals from thermostats, water level drop signals from float switches, and shutdown in the event of abnormal signals from the outside or overcurrent. .
・Easy operation of temperature setting and start/stop
- Adopts a semiconductor relay with no contacts. Long life and precise temperature control possible
・Built-in fuse protects semiconductor relays and control circuits from unexpected short circuits (*Semiconductor relays may not be completely protected depending on short circuit conditions)
・Can also be started/stopped by external remote signals
・When an abnormality occurs, the alarm indicator lamp lights up to notify you, and at the same time, the external alarm output contact is activated to safely stop the operation.
・Can also be mounted on a wall using the included metal fittings
- As options, we have a lineup of types with a timer, a type with a temperature controller to prevent excessive temperature rise that can accept thermocouple input, and a type that controls the temperature at two points, the heater and workpiece.
・For types with a timer, you can set the day of the week and time to start/stop as desired.
・The 2-point control type is very effective for controlling heaters that have operating temperature restrictions such as silicone rubber heaters.
■Thermo 100/200 High performance type
・Program operation (operation that combines temperature gradient setting and temperature holding time setting) is possible.
・Set program data can be saved in the temperature controller for up to 8 programs.
・By connecting to a computer with a USB cable and using dedicated software, you can set the temperature controller, save setting data, and log temperature, etc.
・Outputs a no-voltage contact signal when the detected temperature reaches the set temperature or when the program operation ends.
