■Features
Equipped with protection and alarm functions such as external overtemperature input and overcurrent cutoff, it is possible to control the heater temperature more safely. It is also possible to control start/stop from outside.
・Easily control large amounts of power (up to 15kW)
・Easy operation of temperature setting and start/stop
・Start/stop can be controlled from outside (timer unit, etc. can be connected)
・Equipped with external overtemperature input, which cuts off the output in case of emergency (bimetal thermostat, liquid expansion thermostat, etc. can be connected)
・When an abnormality occurs, in addition to the display lamp and buzzer on the main unit, a contact output for an external alarm is activated.
・50SS uses a semiconductor relay without contacts, allowing precise temperature control.
・50SS has a built-in fuse to protect the semiconductor relay from unexpected short circuits (*Depending on the short circuit situation, the semiconductor relay may not be completely protected.)
・Affordable magnetic contactor type (50N) is also available for applications that do not require much precision.
