The straight flange heater for cleaning liquids is a heater that improves the ability to remove carbides and other dirt that adheres to the heater surface when heating the cleaning liquid, and has improved corrosion resistance. The heater sheath is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel (SUS316L) and is straight, making it easier to remove deposits compared to plug heaters.
Comes with a flange, making installation to the pipe body easy and reliable. The size of the flange is JIS standard. The terminal cap has a waterproof structure using an O-ring, making it electrically safe.
