About This Product

■Features

・Ideal for cutting chemical fibers and resin films - Heat prevents the cut surface from unraveling. - Heat melting and cutting are performed at the same time, preventing the generation of chips. ・The blade is made of cemented carbide (Stellite), so it has a long life. ・Since the blade is attached directly to the heater, the temperature of the blade edge can be raised and high-speed cutting is possible. - A minimum cutting pitch of 20 mm is possible, which is impossible with high frequency cutting.

■When storing for a long period of time

Avoid storing in high humidity atmosphere. Deterioration of insulation may cause electric shock or leakage. please

■ Heat cut care

When cleaning the heater, turn it off and let it reach room temperature. If there is any deposit, remove it with a wire brush, sandpaper, etc.

■Please be careful about the edge of the blade.

The blade edge of the heat cutter is sharp, so please use with caution.
