■Features
・Heater that heats and keeps piping warm in vacuum
- Intended for heating and keeping process fluid piping warm in vacuum.
・Since no fiber or silicone materials are used, the generation of outgas and particles is suppressed.
・No load is applied to the piping due to non-contact heating.
・Heater compatible with ICF70 standard piping size.

・For vacuum use only. Please use in a vacuum atmosphere (10−1 to 10−6 Pa).
・Please observe the maximum operating temperature of 400℃.
- Be sure to control the temperature of the gas line warmer using the thermocouple installed on the main unit.
・Please use it correctly according to the instruction manual.
