About This Product

■Features

A heater designed exclusively for 200 liter drums to heat and keep liquid warm. It is used by inserting it from the mouth of the drum (G2, inner diameter φ57). ・The drip-proof terminal box has a built-in temperature controller and manual reset type overtemperature preventer, making it easy and safe to handle. - The stainless steel sheath (SUS316L) has a polished finish and has excellent corrosion resistance. - Can be used for food oil, cutting oil, etc.

■Type

Single phase 200V

■Precautions for use

- Be sure to ground from the ground wire. - Be sure to immerse the device in the liquid up to the position of the liquid level indicator label and turn on the power. If the product is energized in the air (air firing), it will become hot and may cause a fire or malfunction. ・Make sure that liquid does not come into contact with the terminal box part where the temperature control dial is located. - Never use in a flammable atmosphere. ・Do not use for heating items with low ignition points. caveat

■Turn off the power after use

To turn off the power, pull out the power plug or turn off the breaker switch. The temperature controller settings will not turn off the power. Doing so may cause a fire.

■Turn off the power before removing the heater.

When turning on the heater, turn off the power and wait one minute before turning it off. Do not place the heater on top of flammable materials immediately after taking it out. Doing so may cause a fire. Do not hold the heat generating part of the heater with your bare hands. Doing so may cause burns.

■Tighten the power cable securely using crimp terminals.

Use crimp terminals to securely tighten the power cable connections. This may cause fire, electric shock, or malfunction.

■Do not use in the following cases, as it may cause fire, electric shock, or leakage.

・When using in a flammable gas atmosphere ・When used for materials with low ignition points ・Places where the heater gets into sediment in the liquid ・If foreign matter is attached to the surface of the heater ・Places where the temperature controller of the heater is directly exposed to rain, wind, or sunlight.

■Do not put it in containers other than drums.

Only for 200 liter drums, please do not use with other containers. Doing so may cause fire, burns, or malfunction.

■Do not use for heating the bath, do not use in the bathroom.

Doing so may cause electric shock.
