About This Product

■Features

Easily removes highly viscous liquids and coagulated materials

■Applications

Heater for oil heating / Heater for solid heating / Heater for freezing and coagulation prevention

■Precautions for use

- Never use in explosive or flammable atmospheres. Doing so may cause an explosion or fire. ・When not in use, be sure to disconnect the power cable from the power source. (For 100V, remove the plug from the power supply.) ・When removing the heater, be sure to turn off the power. ・Make sure that the liquid level is higher than the installation position of this heater. ・Do not allow liquid to come into contact with the heater. - When handling this heater, do not bend or fold it. The heater may break. ・This heater is for indoor use only. ・Static electricity may be generated in a dry atmosphere, but this does not cause any functional problems.

■Application

This heater heats the solidified material or highly viscous liquid in the can to reduce its viscosity and make it easier to take out. Can be used for adhesives, oil, grease, wax, asphalt, paint, resin materials, etc.

■Digital display electronic temperature controller specifications (Features)

・Equipped with an electronic temperature controller with digital display. Easy operation and precise control. ・It fits directly into drums, pails, 18-ton cans, etc., and has high thermal efficiency. ・Since the silicone rubber heater and temperature controller are integrated, it is light in weight and requires no tightening hardware. Since the tool is one-touch, it can be installed very easily. - Equipped with temperature overrise prevention (temperature fuse). caveat

■Open the lid of the can and heat it.

If you use the can with the lid closed, it may cause rupture, damage, burns, fire, or malfunction.

■When heating multiple cans, use them at least 1m apart.

Placing cans close together may cause damage, electrical leakage, electric shock, or fire due to temperature rise.

■Do not touch with bare hands

Do not touch the rubber heater with bare hands while it is energized or immediately after the power is cut off. There is a risk of burns.

■Do not spray water on the temperature controller.

If the product gets wet with water or other liquids and continues to be used, it may cause electric shock or leakage.

■Do not disassemble or modify the product.

Rubber heaters for cans cannot be modified by cutting, drilling, changing wiring, etc. Doing so may cause fire, electric shock, or malfunction.
