About This Product

■Summary

This is a silicone rubber heater for piping that has a structure with a heat insulating material (silicone sponge) and a silicone cover attached to the outside of the silicone rubber heater, and a hook-and-loop fastener for easy attachment and detachment.

■Features

- Flexible and highly reliable silicone rubber heater. Can be manufactured from one piece with any shape. ・Pipe heater with insulation material that can be easily attached and detached using a hook-and-loop fastener. -The insulation material is silicone sponge, so it can be used even in a clean atmosphere. -Easy to install and remove during maintenance. - A bimetallic thermostat is installed to prevent excessive temperature rise. ・Can also be used for exhaust gas piping of dry etching equipment. ・We also manufacture pipes with different outer diameters and lengths.

■Precautions for use

・The wire pull-out side is on the outside. Be sure to wrap it around the pipe with this side facing out. ・Be sure to use it while attached to piping. ・The heat resistance temperature of the hook and loop fastener is 120℃. Never cover this product with a cover, etc., as the heat resistance temperature of the hook and loop fastener may be exceeded. ・When performing temperature control, a separate temperature sensor and temperature controller are required.

■It is a thin and flexible sheet heating element.

・The heating element is insulated and protected with silicone rubber reinforced with glass cloth. ・Since it is thin (standard product 1.5mm), the temperature rises in a short time. - Flexible, so it can be used to fit curved surfaces (minimum bending radius 15mm).

■Can be made into any shape and is easy to paste

- By designing the pattern of the metal heating element, it can be manufactured into any shape from a single piece. - Can be easily attached to the heated object using adhesive or double-sided tape.

■This heater is more powerful than it looks.

・A high-power heater that can be used continuously at 200℃ (standard type). - Since a metal heating element (nickel-chromium alloy) is used, the wattage remains constant regardless of the operating temperature. Therefore, it is easy to control and provides stable heating.
