■Features
・A heater used for pre-heating and post-heating before welding to reduce residual stress and prevent hydrogen embrittlement.
・High-power far-infrared rays enable quick heating of the welding base material.
・Because it uses far-infrared rays for radiant heating, the shape of the base material does not matter.
・There are no restrictions on the mounting angle. It can be irradiated in any direction.
・As the heat source uses a Hilex heater with high emissivity, the base material can be heated efficiently. It is also sturdy with a metal pipe heater. The heater will not break due to impact.
-The terminal part of the heater is molded with silicone rubber, so it can be used outdoors.

■Precautions for use
・Please keep the workpiece and the heater irradiation surface at least 10mm apart. Doing so may cause the main unit to reach abnormally high temperatures, resulting in damage or fire.
・Please use so that the power wire does not touch the main unit.
・Please install it so that it has sufficient strength and keep a sufficient distance from flammable materials.
- Never touch the surface of the product during or immediately after use, as the product may become hot and may cause burns.
-This product is not an electrical appliance as stipulated by the Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Act, so please do not use it for purposes other than its intended purpose.
