■Features

Hilex's rod-shaped heater is a far-infrared heater that has high emissivity and does not easily deteriorate. Ideal for food processing applications where contamination by foreign substances is a problem ・Since stainless steel is used for the sheet metal parts, it has high heat resistance and the surface coating will not peel off. - Hilex coating does not contain any harmful substances, so it can be used safely for food preparation. - Silicone rubber bushings are used for the heater support and wire outlet. Even if an accidental impact is applied, the parts themselves will not be destroyed, so they can be used in food processing applications where contamination with foreign matter is a problem. The surface of the high-nickel heat-resistant steel sheath is coated with a high-rex coating that emits far-infrared rays that are easily absorbed by heated objects in a well-balanced manner. HILEX has an extremely strong material and structure, so it can be used for a variety of purposes. Even with sheathed heater type far infrared heaters, general thermal spray type ones may peel off and deteriorate their radiation characteristics after long-term use, but Hilex maintains its performance for a long time. Hilex coating does not contain any harmful substances, so it can be used safely for food preparation. In addition, it has passed the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's food container and packaging standard test, so it can be used in direct contact with food. For example, it is used even in oil as a heater for fryers in kitchen appliances.

■Precautions for use

・Please use the heater at a surface temperature of 600℃ or less. If the temperature exceeds 600℃, please specify Hilex H type (can handle up to 800℃). ・Please do not expose the terminals of the heater to a high temperature atmosphere (over 150℃). Please note that white foreign matter may appear when the temperature rises, but this is silicone rubber and does not contain any harmful substances. - When installing the type without a reflector on a sheet metal, please use a heater insulator, an aluminum ring to stop the insulator, and a stopper ring. ・Please use a terminal cover insulator for the terminal part. ・Do not use in corrosive gas atmosphere.
