About This Product

■Features

Hilex's surface irradiation heater is a far-infrared heater with high emissivity and does not easily deteriorate. Energy saving with reflector

■High emissivity

It is coated with Hilex coating, which emits far-infrared rays in a well-balanced manner.

■High power

By forming the sheathed heater into a planar shape, we have achieved higher output (per irradiated area) than far-infrared plate heaters/Hilex heaters with reflectors.

■Clean

The heater is made of high nickel steel with a coating that does not peel easily, the body is SUS430, and the wires are coated with fluorine resin. Because it has a structure that does not easily generate waste, it can also be used for food applications.

- Can be used in a variety of ways by connecting multiple pieces horizontally. -Can be used facing upward, sideways, and downward.

■Precautions for use

- Be sure to use it in an open state, and do not use it in a place where the heater is enclosed, such as in a furnace. ・Make sure that the heater terminals are not exposed to high temperature atmosphere (150℃ or higher). caveat

■Never disassemble or modify the product.

■Do not touch the main unit with bare hands during or immediately after use.

Even if it's not red hot, it gets very hot when the power is on. Avoid touching your body or clothing. Doing so may cause burns.

■Do not use in places where the area around the terminal cover becomes hot.

The heater terminals may become hot and cause malfunction or fire.
