■Summary
By combining the heater part and flange part, it is possible to freely combine the flange size and heat amount. If the temperature during use is high, please use one with a heat insulating layer (custom-made) to protect the terminals. Types with built-in protection devices (overheat prevention and built-in temperature controllers) are also available by special order. Please check the usage range depending on the material before making your selection.

When using water-based cleaners, drying is the biggest problem. This is because water has a large latent heat of vaporization (2,257kJ/kg) and a high boiling point (100℃). Various drying heater units can help solve this drying problem.
All drying heater units use sheathed heaters. It has a robust structure with an electrically insulated sheath, making it safe and easy to handle. Products that use bare heating wires or conductive ceramics run the risk of problems such as electrical leakage when used in humid or dirty air. Hakko's drying heater unit can be used with confidence in such applications.

When using in combination with a blower, turn off the heater power and then blow the air for at least 10 minutes.
