■Summary
This duct uses a fin heater with one side terminal structure. The duct body and terminal box are welded all around to ensure a tight seal, so they can be used even in areas with air containing impurities or in poor environments. If the temperature is high, please use one with a heat insulating layer (custom-made) to protect the terminals. Types with built-in protection devices (overheat prevention and built-in temperature controllers) are also available by special order. Please check the usage range depending on the material before making your selection. Please use the following formula to check the relationship between air volume and wind speed.

When using water-based cleaners, drying is the biggest problem. This is because water has a large latent heat of vaporization (2,257kJ/kg) and a high boiling point (100℃). Various drying heater units can help solve this drying problem.
All drying heater units use sheathed heaters. It has a robust structure with an electrically insulated sheath, making it safe and easy to handle. Products that use bare heating wires or conductive ceramics run the risk of problems such as electrical leakage when used in humid or dirty air.
