About This Product

■Summary

This is a duct using a straight fin heater. The heater is electrically safe as it is insulated from the main body of the duct with a silicone bushing or insulator. The power receiving part of the heater terminal is not sealed, so do not use it in high temperature (over 120℃) or high humidity (over 85%) atmosphere. Please check the usage range depending on the material before making your selection.

When using water-based cleaners, drying is the biggest problem. This is because water has a large latent heat of vaporization (2,257kJ/kg) and a high boiling point (100℃). Various drying heater units can help solve this drying problem. All drying heater units use sheathed heaters. It has a robust structure with an electrically insulated sheath, making it safe and easy to handle. Products that use bare heating wires or conductive ceramics run the risk of problems such as electrical leakage when used in humid or dirty air.
