About This Product

■Features The drying heater unit (duct heater) is equipped with a fan (pressure ventilation fan). You can easily send hot air by attaching it to a duct or furnace body. It can also be used alone as a hot air generator. It has a liquid expansion thermostat for the control circuit and a built-in safety device to prevent excessive temperature rise. ■Applications Air heating heater/drying heater ■Type Three phase 200V ■Precautions for use - Please prepare the power supply circuit and control circuit separately. ・This product is for indoor use only. Do not install it outdoors (such as in a place where it will be exposed to direct rain). - When operating the heater for temperature control, make sure the fan is always running. - After stopping the heater, run the fan for 1 to 2 minutes to cool the heater, then stop the fan. If the fan is stopped before the heater is cooled, the thermal fuse may trip (blown). - When controlling the temperature using the included liquid expansion thermostat, the actual temperature will vary by about ±10°C from the set temperature. If more precise temperature control is required, use an electronic temperature controller. ・Please install heat insulation as necessary. (Surround the main body with rock wool insulation, etc.). However, do not keep the fan section and terminal box section warm. ・This product cannot be heated by air circulation. Do not use for circulating heating. ・Make sure that the intake air temperature does not exceed 50℃ at the maximum. ・Never use the fan in reverse rotation (intake air to the motor side of the fan). - When installing in a duct, do not surround the fan part with the duct. The airflow may be reduced and the heater may overheat. ■Application It can be used for the following purposes. Flange gaskets (joint sheets) are also available upon request. ・Attach to duct to supply warm air ・In a drying or warming room ・For heating spaces in factories caveat ■Wire each circuit individually Wire the heater separately for each circuit. Failure to do so may result in fire, electric shock, or burns. ■Be sure to run the fan when energizing the heater. Doing so may cause a fire or malfunction. ■Connect power cables securely using crimp terminals. Failure to do so may result in fire, electric shock, or malfunction.
