About This Product
■Features
・A hot air beam that heats compressor air and generates hot air intermittently.
・Intermittent operation is possible when used in conjunction with a dedicated controller.
- Intermittent operation allows hot air to be emitted at the timing when heat treatment is required.
- Achieves stable heater temperature control regardless of whether the air is on or off, preventing overheating due to air stoppage and premature failure due to heat cycles.
- Contributes to energy savings by turning off the air when not performing heat treatment.

■Use an extension pipe
If the power is turned on without air flowing, the main body will become hot. When using a joint with low heat resistance (resin, etc.) on the air inlet piping, be sure to attach an extension pipe.
■Do not use in the following cases, as it may cause fire or electric shock.
・When there is a risk of flammable material coming into contact with the hot air beam tube body
・If foreign matter is attached to the surface of the hot air beam tube
・If the terminal part of the hot air beam gets wet
・In case of high humidity atmosphere
