About This Product
■Summary
This is a high temperature type hot air beam that can handle 800℃. The heating element uses a cartridge heater with a special structure that can withstand high temperatures and whose sheath is made of corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant superalloy NCF800.

Do not touch the air outlet or cover while the power is on or immediately after the power is turned off. There is a risk of burns.

Note
■Do not use any gas other than air.
This may cause a malfunction.
■Do not use in a manner where the discharge port temperature exceeds 800℃.
If the discharge port temperature exceeds 800℃, it may cause malfunction.
■Do not use in the following cases, as it may cause fire or electric shock.
・When there is a risk of flammable material coming into contact with the discharge port or cover
・If foreign matter is attached to the outlet or cover surface
・If water splashes on the terminals of the heater
・In case of high humidity atmosphere
■Use with temperature control
Failure to control the temperature may cause malfunction.
■Make sure to flow air at a rate of 10ℓ/min or more when the heater is energized.
Failure to do so may cause malfunction.
■Be sure to turn off the power when replacing the heater or thermocouple.
Be sure to turn off the power and allow it to reach room temperature before proceeding. Failure to do so may result in electric shock or burns.
How to use
■Installation/installation method
・Attach the mounting bracket (accessory) to the main body using the hexagon socket head bolt (accessory). The mounting angle can be rotated in 90° increments.
- Use the long holes in the mounting bracket to securely fix the main body with M5 bolts. (M5 bolts for fixing are not included)
・Attach the included control thermocouple to the control thermocouple mounting hole on the main body.
・Attach the fitting to the air inlet of the main unit and connect the air hose from the compressor. (This product does not include fittings or air hoses, so please prepare them. R1/8 fittings can be used.)
