- When there is a risk of flammable material coming into contact with the hot air beam tube - If foreign matter is attached to the surface of the hot air beam tube ・If the terminal part of the hot air beam gets wet with water ・In case of high humidity atmosphere

■Do not use above the continuous operating temperature.

This may cause a malfunction.

■Turn off the power before moving the device.

Moving the product without turning off the power may cause electric shock or burns.

■Be sure to control the temperature before use.

Failure to do so may cause malfunction.

■Make sure to flow air when energizing the hot air beam

Failure to do so may cause malfunction. How to use

■Connection method

・Make sure that the temperature control device is turned off before connecting the hot air beam's power wire to the temperature control device's heater output terminal, etc. - Connect the compensation lead wire of the temperature sensor that comes with the hot air beam to the sensor input terminal of the temperature control device. (The temperature sensor included with this product is a JIS K type thermocouple. Please make sure that the control equipment is compatible with this type of thermocouple.) ・Connect the air hose from the compressor or high-pressure blower to the air supply port. (Please prepare air hoses, metal fittings, etc. separately)

■Driving method

・Be sure to supply air before turning on the hot air beam. ・Turn on the temperature control device and set the temperature. The maximum operating temperature of this hot air beam is 600℃.
