About This Product

■Features

・Circulation heater for air heating that can be installed in the middle of piping - A sheathed heater is used for the flange heater of the heating element, making it clean, durable, and structurally robust. ・It is safe because the control circuit has a thermostat for setting the upper limit temperature. -Flanges are attached to the inlet and outlet, making piping easy. -Flange size is JIS standard.

■Precautions for use

・The upper limit setting temperature controller of this unit is a temperature controller designed to prevent air from overheating. For accurate temperature control, please use a temperature control device (sold separately). Also, since the upper limit setting temperature controller is for the control circuit, a separate magnetic contactor is required to turn the heater power on and off. ・Do not use for heating gases other than air. ・Make sure that liquid does not come into contact with the heater terminal. - As a safety measure in the event of excessive pressure, we recommend using a relief valve in the piping route. ・During heating, the surface of the device becomes hot. To prevent burns, never touch it. Additionally, when used with insulation, it is beneficial not only for safety but also for efficiency. - When piping to the inlet/outlet flange, use the appropriate flange. - Use crimp terminals to connect the power wires and tighten them securely. caveat

■Connect power cables securely using crimp terminals.

When connecting the power cable, use crimp terminals suitable for your use and securely tighten them. Doing so may cause fire, electric shock, or malfunction.

■Do not use in a closed circuit.

Provide a piping circuit that can release pressure to the atmosphere. If used in a closed circuit, it may cause serious accidents such as explosions and fires.

■Turn off the power using an external power breaker (or switch)

Turn the power on and off using the power breaker (or switch) installed outside the device, and do not use the upper limit temperature adjustment dial (thermostat setting dial). It may cause fire or electric shock.

■Do not heat explosive or flammable gases or use in an atmosphere of these gases.

This device is not explosion-proof. Never heat explosive or flammable gases or use in an atmosphere of these gases. Doing so may cause a fire or explosion.
