・Vacuum chuck is possible using a porous plate. The workpiece is heated while being vacuum chucked.
- Prevents warping of the workpiece due to heating. Suitable for heating thin workpieces such as resin films.
・There is no need to cover the entire porous area, allowing partial adsorption. It is possible to heat multiple workpieces and handle various workpiece sizes.
