About This Product
■Features
・Ideal for contact heating of cylindrical parts such as molded cylinders
・Band heaters are cylindrical heaters used to heat the cylinder and nozzle parts of various injection molding machines.
・This heater has very good thermal efficiency as it comes in close contact with the cylinder and nozzle.
・This is a plate-shaped heater whose outer plate is made of stainless steel plate (SUS430) or galvanized steel plate, and the heating element is covered and protected.
・Very efficient heating that transfers heat from the heating element to the heated object through direct conduction.

■Specifications
Band heaters are available in 1-piece (1P) and 2-piece (2P) types, depending on the installation method and manufacturing convenience. The 2P type is mainly used when it is difficult to insert from one end of a cylinder, etc. It is also possible to manufacture a type with direct lead wires that does not have a terminal.
■Precautions for use
・When installing, make sure to place the heated object in close contact with the object to fully demonstrate heating efficiency. Improper installation may cause premature disconnection due to heater overheating.
・Do not air bake (air heating). This may cause premature disconnection.

■Use with the correct power supply voltage
Using the product at a power voltage other than the indicated voltage may cause fire or electric shock. Please be especially careful when using this product overseas.
■Protect the ambient temperature of the terminal area
Please keep the ambient temperature of the terminal part below the following temperature for each product. Failure to do so may result in fire, electric shock, or leakage.
■Do not modify this heater.
Doing so may cause fire, electric shock, or leakage.
■Do not use in high humidity atmosphere
Do not use in an atmosphere with humidity of 80% or higher. Doing so may cause electric shock or leakage.
■Do not use in a volatile gas atmosphere.
Do not use in volatile gas atmospheres or liquid gas heating. Doing so may cause an explosion or fire.
■Make sure to attach the ground
Be sure to attach a ground to the built-in device before using it. Failure to do so may cause electrical leakage or electric shock.
