■Features
・Standard for nozzle heating that boasts high cost performance
・Micro ring heater is a nozzle heating heater made by wrapping a Saikan Baku heater (φ2.4) into a ring shape and forming a tightening band around it. Compared to conventional band heaters and cast-in heaters, it is thinner, lighter, and has superior thermal conductivity. The Saikan Baku heater used in the heating part is flexible, has good adhesion to the nozzle, and has excellent thermal conductivity, resulting in a long life.

■Precautions for use
・To install the heater, remove the tightening band, slowly rotate it in the opposite direction to the direction in which the heater is wound, bring it into close contact with the nozzle, etc., cover it with the tightening band, and tighten with bolts.
-After installing the heater and turning on the electricity for the first time, tighten the bolts to ensure a tight fit.
- Be careful when handling the lead wire connections to avoid bending or applying excessive force.
・Please use the sleeve at an ambient temperature of 180℃ or less.
caveat
■Use with the correct power supply voltage
Using the product at a power voltage other than the indicated voltage may cause fire or electric shock. Please be especially careful when using this product overseas.
■Protect the ambient temperature of the terminal area
Please keep the ambient temperature of the terminal part below the following temperature for each product. Failure to do so may result in fire, electric shock, or leakage. Custom nozzle heater, micro ring heater...180℃
■Do not modify this heater.
Doing so may cause fire, electric shock, or leakage.
■Do not use in high humidity atmosphere
Do not use in an atmosphere with humidity of 80% or higher. Doing so may cause electric shock or leakage.
■Do not use in a volatile gas atmosphere.
Do not use in volatile gas atmospheres or liquid gas heating. Doing so may cause an explosion or fire.
■Make sure to attach the ground
Be sure to attach a ground to the built-in device before using it. Failure to do so may cause electrical leakage or electric shock.
Note
■Do not use in the following cases, as it may cause fire or electric shock.
・When there is a risk of flammable material coming into contact with the heater
・If foreign matter is attached to the heater surface
・When the clearance between the heater and the heated object is large
・Places where the heater terminal is exposed to water
・When using in a high humidity environment such as a bath
