About This Product
■Summary
The nozzle heater for magnesium molding is based on custom nozzle heater technology and is compatible with continuous use temperatures of 700℃. The heating element uses a Saikan Baku heater and is integrated with the internal heater case to efficiently transfer heat to the molding machine nozzle. The outside of the heater is filled with insulation material, which reduces heat loss and is economical.

・When the clearance between the heater and the heated object is large
・If water splashes on the heater terminals
・In case of high humidity atmosphere
■Turn off the power when replacing the heater.
If you want to replace the heater, turn off the power and allow it to reach room temperature. Doing so may cause electric shock or burns.
■Use with temperature control
Please be sure to control the temperature before use. This may cause premature disconnection or failure.
