・This is a plate-shaped heater whose outer plate is made of stainless steel plate (SUS430) or galvanized steel plate, and the heating element is covered and protected.
・Very efficient heating that transfers heat from the heating element to the heated object through direct conduction.

■Precautions for use
When installing it on a hot plate, etc., please install it in close contact with the entire surface to ensure sufficient heating efficiency. Improper installation may cause premature disconnection due to heater overheating.
・Do not air bake (air heating). This may cause premature disconnection. In addition, we can also manufacture air-fired specifications as specially designed products.
・It is not waterproof or drip-proof.
Installation method
■How to install products without drilling holes
・Please prepare holding metal fittings etc. for fixing.
- Securely fix the heater and holding metal fittings using washers, spring washers, bolts, etc. If there is a gap between the heater and a workpiece such as a hot plate, the heater may overheat and cause a disconnection failure.
- If the width is wide, the center may swell due to heating. Design the fixing bracket so that it also holds down the center part. (We also design and manufacture holding metal fittings, etc., according to the workpiece.)
■How to install products with holes
・Please install securely using washers and spring washers so that the entire surface is evenly adhered.
- If there is a gap between the heater and the mold such as a hot plate, the heater may overheat and cause a disconnection failure.
■Standard size product
・This product has a step on the terminal surface for folding the sheet metal. If a stepped structure is not suitable, such as in a press mold, we can also manufacture a double-sided flat structure.
・Standard shape is single terminal type 2. If the shape has a different terminal position, please specify.

■Do not use underwater (in liquid).
Space heaters and band heaters cannot be used underwater (in liquid). Doing so may cause electric shock, leakage, or malfunction.
■Do not disassemble or modify.
