■About the selection of “New Ultra Five”
If cartridge heaters are not used for a long time during humid periods, the insulation performance will deteriorate due to the moisture in the air. In that case, when reusing the product, it is necessary to restore the insulation performance by applying electricity at a low voltage, etc. (Once the product is used, moisture will be released in a short period of time and the insulation will be restored). "New Ultra Five" is a cartridge heater that prevents this deterioration of insulation performance.
・When used under conditions where the heater surface temperature exceeds 400℃, the effectiveness of preventing insulation performance from deteriorating gradually decreases. Please note that if the temperature exceeds 600℃, the effect will be lost in a short period of time.
・Even if used at high temperatures exceeding the maximum operating temperature, insulation deterioration problems will not occur during use, but the service life will be less than half that of conventional Ultra Five.
・There is no advantage to using "New Ultra Five" under usage conditions where conventional Ultra Five does not cause a decline in insulation performance. Please use the conventional product.
・If the insulation deteriorates when the product is used at high temperatures and stopped for a long period of time, it is necessary to lengthen the non-heat generating part of the conventional product (take it out of the mold) and create a structure with a sealing part.
