About This Product

■Features

A cartridge heater that can be connected to a 3-phase power supply with just one. Ideal for heat sealing in packaging equipment and bag making equipment, etc.

■Applications

・Heater for solid heating/Heater for metal heating/Heater for resin processing ・For heat sources such as molds, hot plates, seal blocks, etc.

■Type

・Heater diameter: φ18/φ20 ・Rated voltage: 3-phase 200V caveat

■Turn on electricity to the heater after completely inserting it into the mold.

Applying electricity when the product is not fully inserted into the mold may cause fire, burns, electrical leakage, or premature disconnection.

■Use with a ground connection

Failure to do so may cause electrical leakage or electric shock.

■Connect heater wires securely using crimp terminals.

Failure to use crimp terminals may cause electrical leakage or electric shock.

■Do not use the power supply at a voltage higher than the indicated power supply voltage.

Using the product at a voltage higher than the indicated power supply voltage may cause fire, electric shock, or malfunction.

■Do not modify the heater

Modifications such as changing the shape of the heater may cause fire or electric shock. Note

■Turn off the power before replacing the heater.

Before replacing the heater, turn off the power and make sure the mold has cooled to room temperature. Do not immediately place the removed heater on top of flammable materials. Doing so may cause a fire.

■When storing, use a sealed container with desiccant

If storage is necessary, store it in a sealed container with a desiccant at room temperature. A silicone sealant is used at the heater terminal. If stored for a long period of time, insulation may deteriorate due to moisture absorption.

■Remove the oil used for drilling the hole and any dirt that has adhered to it.

If oil or dirt remains, the oil will heat up and turn into carbide, impairing heat conduction. It may also cause strange odors and smoke.

■Use the heater terminal part (lead wire pull-out part) at an ambient temperature of 220℃ or less.

Failure to do so may cause electrical leakage or malfunction.

■Mold holes should be 0.1 mm or less beyond the heater diameter.

If it is 0.1 mm or more, heat conduction will be poor and may cause electrical leakage or malfunction. We recommend reaming the inner surface of the hole.

■Do not hold the newly removed heater with bare hands.

When replacing the heater, holding the removed heater with bare hands may cause burns.

■Do not spray water, oil, mold release agent, etc. on the heater terminal part.

Doing so may cause electrical leakage or electric shock.
