About This Product

Suction stage ideal for suctioning and fixing thin sheets, glass substrates, soft workpieces, etc. The top side can be used to adsorb samples, and the back side can be adsorbed onto the stage.

■Porous adsorption stage product details for microscopes

-Porous surface adsorption (ceramics) allows thin samples to be adsorbed without any dents. ・Since the back side can be suctioned, the suction stage body can be fixed. ・This stage is ideal as a sample fixing stage for surface profile measuring machines, etc. ・Dimensions other than standard specifications can also be accommodated. ・Since suction is carried out through the many fine holes on the surface of the suction part, there is no deformation of the workpiece during suction.

■Standard shape of suction stage

The new ceramic porous adsorption stage can adsorb even if there are leaks, making it possible to adsorb and fix several samples at the same time. We can manufacture to order, including types without an outer frame that can be used on both sides, and mounting holes drilled to your specified dimensions.
