The SM9000 high-precision spectrophotometer is a high-resolution, high-sensitivity product that measures optical fibers in the UV/VIS to NIR range. It can be used as a standalone instrument to perform spectroscopic measurements or as an extension of the PSI instrument for accurate analysis of spectral curves (emission, absorption, radiation).
