■Quick installation
The WS-GP1 weather station comes pre-wired and programmed for easy field installation. Supplied in two portable, lightweight carrying cases that can be used to store or transport the system.
■Robust system
The sensor is reliable and suitable for use in demanding environments. The galvanized steel tripod and white painted stainless steel cross arm ensure superior strength. The system requires minimal maintenance and the built-in battery provides 6 months of operation (standard).
■Data collection
Recorded weather data can be collected directly using a notebook PC or remotely using an optional cellular modem. In addition to the standard logging options, WS-GP1 can log and display wind roses, wind gusts, averages (including vector averages), and maximum and minimum values along with the time of occurrence. The GP1 data logger can store over 600,000 readings.
