About This Product

■Summary M-PEA (Multi-Function Plant Efficiency Analyser) is a comprehensive system for studying photosynthetic efficiency in plants, combining fast fluorescence kinetic and P700+ absorbance measurements and delayed fluorescence (DF) measurements. The system includes a "control unit" and a "sensor unit" containing a light source and detector. Controlled by Windows®-specific software (M-PEA+), M-PEA itself allows you to design, upload, and run complex experiments. Data can be downloaded to the software via USB2.0 connection. The small size of the control unit allows measurements to be carried out even in small laboratory spaces. The front of the unit has the power switch, LED indicators, sensor connections, and LCD display. The back of the unit has a 12V DC power input and a USB 2.0 for connecting M-PEA+ software. ■Features ・Research on photosynthetic efficiency of plants (Suitable for both indoors and outdoors) ・M-PEA-1 supports fluorescence and P700+ modulation absorbance measurements ・In addition to the functions of M-PEA-1, M-PEA-2 can measure delayed fluorescence (DF) and leaf absorption rate. ■System configuration M-PEA comes with the following components: ・M-PEA control unit & sensor ・HPEA/LC leaf clip x 20 pieces ·power supply ·case ・USB cable ・USB driver, software, manual ■M-PEA sensor The M-PEA-1 sensor unit includes a high-brightness red light source, a far-infrared light source, a fluorescence detector, and a modulating emitter and detector for P700+ absorbance measurements. M-PEA-2 has the addition of a highly sensitive delayed fluorescence detector and a detector that measures leaf absorption. All these parts are designed to be protected from dust, dirt and moisture. ■M-PEA+ software M-PEA Plus is a custom Windows® software package created for experimental design and deployment and comprehensive analysis of recorded data. M-PEA+ mainly consists of the following two elements.
