The FluorPen FP 110 is a portable PAM fluorometer that allows fast and accurate measurements of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in the laboratory, greenhouse, or outdoors. It can be effectively used for photosynthetic activity research, stress detection, herbicide testing, and mutant screening. There are only two buttons and it is easy to operate.
The PAR-FluorPen FP110 is an enhanced version of the FluorPen FP110 with a built-in photometer that provides a direct digital display of photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) from 400 to 700 nm, which plants use for energy during photosynthesis. PAR is measured as photosynthetically effective photon flux density (PPFD), expressed as the number of photons per unit surface area and unit time. The sensor responds uniformly to photons in the 400-700nm wavelength range. Instantly displays the average value of 20 measurements.

・OJIP Transient chlorophyll fluorescence. Used as an important biophysical signal reflecting the time course of photosynthesis
